I'm still wrapping.....have taken several breaks, and also battling with Mr. Lucky.  He is so curious about what is going on.  Little stinker.  He got tired of me scolding him, so now he is in his bed napping.....again......  LOL

I spent this afternoon wrapping presents and have a few cards to finish up for church tomorrow.

I am enjoying the blessing of normalcy at home; washing and drying laundry, hearing my husband snore in his recliner, and hearing my trucker daughters laughter as she watches TV in her room.   Doesn’t take much to make me happy.

If I feel like walking my usual day is collecting recyclables for a little more income. I then came home bushed and had a nap which is unusual. When I wasn't here my son left me a brownie so when I woke up I had some coffee with it. Now the news is on. Nothing on tv here to buy.

Cleaned the bathrooms, changed sheets and somehow took in a nap. Dinner was leftovers from a local BBQ place we had yesterday. Tomorrow wash, straighten up we will BBQ some steaks so that will be another easy day. And to add more to my great day is a Ghost Adventures marathon.

Finally got all my presents wrapped.....except for 2.  It's those Snowjoe's I got.....  Will do that tomorrow some time.  But for now I'm pooped.  Want to have a little bit to eat, then get into my jammies.  

Sure hope it doesn't rain tomorrow evening.....do so want to get to go out and see the lights.  Will see what tomorrow brings.

In the meantime, hope everyone has a good rest of their evening.

@dmod nj......yes, got out to see the lights.  They were fabulous.  And the moon was beautiful shinning down on us.  We had so much fun talking about Christmas's past.  After we were on our way home, she headed to a Culver's that really wasn't too far from where I live.  Had never been to one, and wow, they burgers are delicious.  

The weather was simply wonderful.....no rain.  

Have been busy today.  My chemo buddy and her DH were in town to visit with me....  Brought all kinds of food for me.  And she gave me 2 pairs of gloves.....one pair for when it is really cold and the other pair for just when it is cold.....  They can be made into mittens.  The pair for when it is not too cold matches my new plum puffer coat I got from the Q.  Exact same color.  She didn't know I had gotten a new coat, and when I showed it to her, she was thrilled she had gotten the gloves for me.  

Mr. Lucky showed off so cute.  He made friends with Paul.  He really likes men, and he let Paul play with him.  He is worn out now, sleeping in his bed.  

All in all, I had a very lovely Christmas day.....  But am really tired now.  Just not getting my strength back as quickly as I would like.

Here's an update on the Snowjoes......  The white trash bags were just a little too small....so I used the black trash bags.  Got the Snowjoe in at an angle, and was able to tie the blue ties tight enough and made a bow out if it.  Then put the gift tag on each.  Tomorrow evening is laundry night, so will be giving Jeanne hers.  Did give the other one to the neighbor across the hall.  Her mother gave it to her when she got home from work.  She had to go to work today, and then from there to be with family, so I haven't heard from her.  Know she will like it.  

It all turned out well.
