Well, as far as evacuating, what I saw, maybe Friday, was the authorities were telling people to go to cities that were 300 to 400 miles away. There are people who are living paycheck to paycheck. They may have felt like they didn't have the funds to go.

 

Just said on news authorities are calling this once in 1,000 year flooding event.

 

Could they have done a mandatory evacuation? I mean, are we not talking about millions? How do you evacuate that many ppl?  Where would they go?
