I have sold and bought many homes.  Quite a few were done at the dinner table of the home we were thinking of buying.  He went over the report and took us around the home pointing out EVERY defect he found.  We could then decide if we wanted them repaired or not.   The home seller should be happy the buyer paid to have the insepection.  It would help them find all the defects if the buyer decides not to purchase.  By the way, it is customary to have access to the home while the inspection is being done most do not stay at the home while others are insepecting, that was your choice to stand outside.  Why not go to a coffee shop or to a friends home while your home is being shown or inspected?

Yes I was not home for any showing. How about the agent meeting them at a local cafe to discuss their findings. I am a well seasoned house seller this wasn’t my first rodeo.

This was not handled professionally.

Selling a house can be very stressful -  many unknowns, but you only need ONE buyer.

The right buyer.
