Only 4 br/ 4baths? I prefer something more inviting and not so commercial-looking. 9,000 sq ft...I can’t imagine having to keep that much space clean all the time.

It will be a good investment for anyone who does buy it--it looks very nice. 

 

But it doesn't look like a homey house that actual people live in.  More like a conference center where people have meetings.  Anyone who buys this will be entertaining for clients.
