Here is Summerville South Carolina where I just moved to from LA is nice. It's get sunny and steamy and then it rains. Everyone keeps telling me the summers are brutal. That hasn't been my experience. One thing tho is every thunderstorm I get a sinus headache. I went from California fire season sinus headache to South Carolina thunderstorm sinus headache season. I can't win!

Wrong is still wrong just because you benefited from it.

Upstate NY, capital district area (Albany).  Hot/humid as usual.  Thunderstorms and downpours started at about 3:00.

Due to the heat, I've been pouring cold water on the back porch and a small area where my elderly dog goes out so she doesn't burn her feet.

And our lows are in the upper 80's and low 90's. No relief. Maybe the monsoon will kick in.

Very hot and humid in Missouri, with a heat index around 105 for the last few days. We've been getting a thunderstorm with a decent amount of rain each week, so it's not terribly dry. Glad I can stay inside!

@QVCkitty1  I'm hearing ya! Same situation here in eastern PA. We are under a flood watch, but there is no flooding going on. Other townships have had rain, but not us. My mom would say "we're not living right."

It rained this morning, but is now breezy with partial sun at 73 degrees. Mid 60's - mid 70's with lows in the 50's is normal for this time of the year here in my neck of the PNW.😊

@SandySparkles  That sounds amazing, I'm not a fan of extreme heat..

Mid 80's here in southern West Virginia, and absolutely no complaints from me.   Gardens are finally growing well, and farmers are able to cut and bale their hay, which is running a month later than normal for their first cutting.

I love summer in WV, and seeing tractors and bailers in the fields!   Brings back lots of memories.
