I agree as well. First & foremost this is a TV shopping channel. We depend on the hosts to be our eyes, touch and somewhat fit of a product. I'm sure I'm in the minority but I still use automated ordering for the most part. I depend on fit & sizing information to be shared FIRST, otherwise my size will be sold out.

There really is no point watching if you have to go to the website to find out anything.

I can watch a talk show if that is what I am looking for. When watching QVC I want to learn about the product being sold.

When there is a product representative, the hosts constantly interrupt them to tell how many are left and a repetition of the colors. Neither of these make me order anything. And don't forget telling us about where we can wear something. It's December and they are still repeating that it's the only order of the year. Anything but details about the product.

oh yea, esp the one where she is flicking around looking in the mirror along with the models on " Shawn on Style " . Camera people take the camera off the product and during Rep 's presentation to follow her around the set .

Not all the info is listed on the internet abt each item . many descriptions are lacking and there are times that specific garment measurements are missing such as with the recent launch of Zarain fashions .
They can simply post sizing on the TV screen or bullet lines of some product info while people are watching

A little over a year ago I was eagerly awaiting the premiere show of Levi's at QVC. Admittedly I was a bit surprised to find a male host to be working the show alone. That wouldn't have bothered me had I been given ANY relevant information...because I really was interested in a pair of boot cut jeans that were being presented. The sizes were not normal QVC sizing. Also, the sizing was done in waist measurements 24, 25, 26 etc. Plus, none of the lengths were given. No size chart online either. I actually called customer service and asked if they had any sizing information and they couldn't find anything either. Needless to say, a lot of unnecessary jibber jabber filled the hour. Most importantly though, sales were lost and LEVIS have never been back at the Q. I know the above mentioned is why.

I think it's because they haven't a clue about the products. After they read their product cards ... nothing else to say ... so let's chat.
For fashion - everyone looks amazing.

I just want the hosts and vendors to slow down! It is not a competition to see who can talk the fastest or talk over each other.
If I'm worn out by the end of the show then I'm not having fun & I don't watch with the sound on so why bother watching at all.
It is getting worse and worse every day! Most of the hosts I don't like anyway and that goes for both channels.
They are sales people -- period, but if I get pushy sales people -- bye bye
