Hostage situation in Pittsburgh

There is a man who supposedly has a bomb holding at least one hostage in a high rise office building in downtown Pittsburgh. They are not exactly sure if he does have a bomb or exactly where in the buildings he is located - which is bad since this particular building is connected to 3 other high rise office buildings by tunnels.( He started out in the company where they manage my pension fund - I can certainly understand him being frustrated with them - they are horrible to have to deal with. it took me almost a year to get them to change my address.) I hope it all gets resolved before anyone gets hurt.
