I've seen Amy in this type of heel all the time .   I do wonder how she keeps them on her feet.   I had a pair at one time and I kept walking out of them.  I never felt steady without some sort of back , like a sling back .  You could twist an ankle easily.   They do look very cute though.

I wonder if it's because it's easy to run to the set barefoot and then throw them on. Or kick them off if they are behind a counter or on a couch. With the studio lights, they probably get hot and it's a quick way to stay comfortable and cool.

I would have to use double-sided sticky tape to keep those kind of slide shoes on my feet.
