Horrid story from MA

Since I heard it on the news last night, I just cannot stop thinking about an abandoned 2 y/o Pit Bull, who was starved and tortured, and left for dead in a park. Someone found her, brought to a Vet, and was put down as her injuries were too extensive to save. May Karma visit this "person" who did this.
