I shop at Marshalls, Home Goods and TJ Maxx.  Part of the issue with the extended check out process is because of the constant returns by customers with various issues with the return (no receipt which requires I.D., tags removed from the items which requires them to do a "look up" to validate that the item is really their inventory, etc. etc. )  I wish they have a separate line just for returns so that folks who are only making purchases could pass quickly through the check out process.  I rarely make returns because I take the time to try things on before purchase.  I have seen many folks basically returning an entire wardrobe for the season because they didn't want to try on in the store.  It really makes it inconvenient for all.  Target has that entire process separated and it is much better.

I love Home Goods as well. Much less expensive than Valerie's items. I usually end up buying something. Our HG is sooooooo busy! The parking lot is always full and it's shoulder to shoulder people. I do love it though.

With so many closures, it's good to know a store is doing well.

They certainly have a ton of merchandise in the store. I like it but not as good as BBB.

Love Home Goods and happened to be by twice in the past week and just kept on driving.  Hubby said, you're  back soon (was 40 minutes away and had dr appt), Just didn't feel well enough to go shop around.  We have a HUGE HG/TJMaxx in that area and could take hours to poke around.  My wallet liked that I'm not feeling well, lol.  Hubby too I imagine.

I bought some Christmas decorations at Home goods last week. Yesterday they were all gone! I  glad I got them when I did!
