I can see messages in Community Chat if they show up under 'all forum topics' but I still can't open Community Chat.

@Boehm Collector , under the community menu towards the bottom, there is "Community Chat". It hasn't been working for a couple of weeks.

It is not fixed just yet, there is a long wait time to get in to the forum that does not affect any of the others.  This may be the new normal for CC.
