If they make it to Canada, I think the authorities should forget about them.
There are better uses for the money and resources.

I want to agree about the money and resources, but this pair is particularly vicious, and that worries me.

They have had weeks to do vicious acts and haven't so they may have been rehabilitated. Since the world is full of vicious people, many who appear to be upstanding citizens, what's a couple more. Is it worth spending resources, taking law enforcement away from other crimes, pursuing them?

I agree with you that it's debatable, but they may also be on their best behaviour right now. I'm afraid of what they will do if things die down. They are going to eventually have to have money, and job will be hard to get for them. Scary.

Yep, nor a Sociopath. They are both the worst kind of evil.

ITA bette. What's not worth spending money on is jailing users of medical marijuana. Spending money finding a psychopathic killer on the loose is a top priority. Public safety is in danger with that guy out there.
Yes, I think so. I still resent the wasted $$$ though. Makes me want their punishment just a little more harsh.

They got weapons from the hunting cabin they stayed in...now they are armed and dangerous. BTW - why would anyone keep their guns in a hunting camp???? Anyone could break in at any time and steal them. That seems pretty irresponsible to me.
They haven't done anything violent yet because they are trying to stay as far away from other people as possible. They aren't going to run into anyone in those back woods. If they are cornered, they will do anything to stay free.
