My husband and I are in our sixties and seventies and have been treated very badly by this cruise, They have not issued a room to us and it is less than a week away. The supervisors treat us like we are morons!!!! They told me they cannot do anything till we get to the pier. Thats ridiculous. We have cruised all over the world and many different cruise lines{even Costa Concodia that went down.] Never ever will I do HAL.Never have used HAL and will never book again on their ships. No respect for seniors.
