We don't have Hobby Lobby, but I know the feeling of wandering for hours. I get that in Home Goods. I can't go in there anymore as I cannot stop myself! And I don't need a thing!

Oh yeah -- Home Goods is another one that I could spend forever in.

Re: Hobby Lobby shopping trip!

I love Hobby Lobby!   They have so many great home decor items and great coupons. I was there the other day and I had to keep telling myself "NO".  I only needed a few Christmas floral items but I wanted a lot of the everyday decor that they had.  I managed to stick to my list but it wasn't easy.

It's the little things.

Planning a trip there tomorrow after church to purchase some artificial greenery for centerpieces for the community Christmas dinner.  Enjoy your finds!

I thought Hobby Lobby was closed on Sundays?

Our Hobby Lobby is closed on Sunday here in Virginia.

Are some of them open on Sundays?

I live in Florida and they are not open here on Sundays.

Re: Hobby Lobby shopping trip!

We had one open not that long ago - I had never been in one before and I was overwhelmed.

It's nice to have a store that sells fabric close to home but I don't know how often I'll be visiting because of the size of it.

Re: Hobby Lobby shopping trip!

We do not have any Hobby Lobby nearby. I am used to Michael's and A.C. Moore. Well, on vacation with my hubands family we passed a Hobby Lobby. Well, next time we drove by my sister in laws wanted to stop.

I could not believe the place. What a selection and wide variety of stuff. I think we easily spent over half an hour in the place. I found all kinds of things, I didn't know I needed.

After seeing Hobby Lobby, I wish we had one in our area.

Re: Hobby Lobby shopping trip!

I find Hobby Lobby to be a mixed bag.  Some of their merchandise is decent but I feel a lot of it is cheap and cheesy looking and not well made.
