Hoax call nurse 'left suicide note criticising senior hospital staff over her treatment in days leading up to her death'

It was reported that the nurse left behind three letters. One criticising her treatment at the hospital because of what happened. In another note she describes how she struggled to come to terms with the prank call. The third letter deals with her funeral plans.
