Rakuten just pushed some up to 20% including DSW & Zappos.

Annnnndddd.....

Zappos just increased their cash back from 10% all the way up to 20%!!!!

And I placed my order. And when I went to checkout, I also had $5.00 in rewards dollars.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?
