Today a 17 year old died. He was on a performance motocycle and was pulled over for not having a back license. He drove away and the state trooper followed him at over 100 MPH. The kid swerved around a car, was hit head on and died.
The road was very crowded near a mall.
Should troopers conduct high speed chases in crowded areas?
The kid was obviously wrong...but did it have to end in his death?
