High Pitched "Ahhhh" Singing Sound from Hosts..

What is it with the 'high pitched 'ahhhh'  one note singing sound that some of the hosts do in their presentation of an item they're presenting?

How about CK and Alberti screeching?  So annoying.  When A joined her for "girls night in" last night the frenzy began.
