I got an email from the Qvc team thanking me for the thread and saying, in part:


Thanks to your feedback, we were able to quickly address the issue and have one of our technical engineers fix it. You should now be able to make full use of the QVC Community Forum's banner links. :-)

The red banner across the top of the page (here) is empty on my computer. Nothing. Just a red bar.

I called in yesterday and complained because I was unable to order an item online. I'd hit the order function and it would take me to a broken page just showing the item. Oh, and when I called to have it ordered by phone, the very sweet lady said it wouldn't work for her, either.

They're a mess. Not a way to run a business.

Hmmm. Well, I don't see a red banner or any new links. But then I have so many browser extensions to block ads, pop-ups, and tracking that I'm surprised I even see the website at all!{#emotions_dlg.laugh}

Marianne, Good for you! It's cool to know your comments were noted and they fixed something, even if it's something that's invisible to a few of us.

Now, wouldn't it be great if they concentrated on making their shopping site and community site up to par with today's technology ...{#emotions_dlg.unsure}
