Help with live videos on line

I am not able to turn live videos on in my computer in order to watch what something looks like. Does anybody on here know how to fix it or what am I doing wrong. Ive always watched them on line. Any help will be appreciated.

I wish they would fix that.  Are you using the Edge Browser?  That's where videos wouldn't work for me.  I have to use Firefox and the videos are fine.

@Junker2327    Try using a different browse temporarily.  Sometimes the interface between QVC and some browsers does work correctly.

@Junker2327   I can't remember the last time I was able to view online videos on any browser. Again, I think old, yucky softwear on Q's side.
