Help with cat marking with pee in house

Maybe some of you will remember that in March, I finally was successful in live trapping a pregnant female cat. We caged her (she was feral) and she had 5 kittens two weeks later. We raised up the kittens, and when they were 6 weeks old, we found homes for 4 of the kittens. One we could not find a home for, so we kept it and we also have the feral mommy. We let the mommy out of the cage about three months ago, and she is starting to get more tame. She lives in the back utlity/laundry room of our house, and we have kept the doors shut to that area, until a few weeks ago. We have now opened the doors and she is free to come out into the living area of our house. At night, I think she does venture out, and sometimes during the day we see her for short periods.

The trouble is, now we have one of our other four cats peeing on area rugs, and the hardwood floors and tile floors of our house. I have spent the last few days trying to clean up the areas as best I can with that special enzyme stuff from Petsmart. I have scolded three of them, but someone is still doing it. I had a suspicion that it is Winston, our male (who is fixed-they are all fixed). I think that he just cannot stand that there is another cat (well 2 actually) added to the mix in our home. Now that we kept the baby and the mother-there are 6 cats living here. I had enough yesterday and he is now back in the utlity area with the mother cats who hangs out there. So far, I have found no urine in any of the places I found it before.

What should I do? I simply cannot take animals peeing in our house. (I have been to people's home where the smell of animal pee was so obvious-I have vowed never to allow this to happen to us) I know I created this problem by taking this cat in and subsequently letting her stay with one of her babies. I am such a softie when it comes to animals-- but I am ready to loose my mind with this peeing all over the place.

I really need some ideas with what to do! I am going to call the vet tommorrow to see if they can tell easily if he has urinary crystal problems, but I reallly don't think it is this. All I want it harmony in the house, but sadly, we cannot talk to our animals!
