I wonder if the regular Aquaphor is OK to put on your lips. I know I unconsciously lick my lips at times, which means I'm ingesting it.

That's why I want to get the one especially for lips.

I use Smith's Strawberry Lip Balm from the Rosebud Perfume Company.

A sugar scrub and Fresh lip balm are what I use at night. Be careful that your lipstick is super emollient!

Something similar happened to me. Now I put the chapstick or Vaseline on right before I brush my teeth. No super whitening or tartar control toothpaste for me anymore!

Fresh Sugar Lip Polish will help with the peeling. Or make your own polish with a little olive oil and sugar (regular granulated or brown).

I use steroid cream I get from the doctor. Clears it up pronto!

DH stopped on the way home and got Aquaphor for me.

They didn't have the blue package pictured, but they had the other one for "lip repair & protect":

It feels nice, I put on too much, it just needs a tiny bit and covers well.
