Help!---trying to make HSN payment online!!

I know this is the QVC forum, but there is little activity on the HSN boards, so I'm looking for help here.

I always send my payments by mail to HSN, but having had my eye surgery, etc. I just noticed my payment is due tomorrow. I do NOT want to get charged for a late fee! I have made several phone calls to CS, and I'm finding it very difficult to make a payment online! What a hassle!

If I pay by phone I will charged an extra $10, which I would rather not pay. The last CS representative I spoke to told me I would also be charged online at this point, as my payment is due tomorrow. Why do I find that so hard to believe?

Anyhow, do any of you make paments to HSN online? If so, is it really this much trouble? Any ideas? Thanks!
