Last year we had our yard worked on....thatching and overseeding. We have always had a troubled yard even tho we have almost always had a lawn service take care of it in the summer. I paid a couple hundred dollars for the work to be done, the instructions to us were to keep the seed watered and in the spring things would fill in nicely. Forward to spring, lots of rain but not much seed growing. I emailed the company 3 times and never got a reply from him, today I called and I cannot believe how I was treated....he eventually hung up on me! I did my best to not over talk him, which I can do but I really was calm and asked him several times to come and look at the yard.....he refused, telling me I was asking him to do additional work for free, which I did not I only asked him to 'look' at the yard....I told him he must be very young because the words he used when talking to me were that of a young person, he was very rude.

He accused me of calling him a liar, I NEVER said that, I only asked for him to look at the yard.....I am so angry.....should I let this go or try to proceed with contacting him again......
