If I can only choose from the ones you've shown I like the idea of the owl.  Kids can make it and take it or you create the owl but I would put a box of crayons in it (opened if you want) instead of the candy.  I'd have the crayons stand up points towards the owl's head.

 

I see you were thinking monkeys.  You could easily make the owl into a monkey with the open tummy.  With- It'll be a swingin' time in 3rd grade or I'm bananas for 3rd grade.

My vote is for the glow stick idea ( number 1.) the bubbles are cute, but I think they are a little young for third graders. I would stay away from food. Also I like the message that goes with the glow stick.
