Help for my dear friend

My friend came to me the other day and told me she has feelings for a guy at work. Both in loveless marriages. (Children involved - only reason either is married)

She has no idea if he feels the same, but they share stories with each other and try to cheer each other up.

I dont know what to say to her about this thing she feels for him. They are both super sweet...I just dont know what to say.
