Help before I put my cat Down

I recently rescued another cat (this is the 3rd one) and now the oldest of the rescues has decided she does not like this. She is now peeing and pooping everywhere. This is was not the case before the last rescue. I can not put up with this but I just do not know what to do. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
