Help With New Mac Computer . .

I have a relatively new Apple computer, and lots of questions that remain unanswered. Had a pc, but husband wanted to buy me this one when mine crashed. Very appreciative, but confused.

Question: When I am receiving emails in Entourage, I like to put some of them into categories, i.e. Family photos, etc. I have the basics listed in the "ON MY COMPUTER" heading, like Inbox, Drafts, etc. But I would like to add some other topical headings.

Can anyone tell me how to do this? Always appreciate the help on this Board.
