Help Please - Cover Letter

I stink at creative writing. I am trying to give examples about customer service. It's for a OBGYN office so I wanted to say something like I have a cheerful disposition. I hate going into a doctor's office with a grouch sitting behind the desk. any ideas on what else I could say?

I also have experience in customer service - greeting clients upon arriving, helping clients with....I'm stuck
