Nah.   You're right, they do get a lot of calls.  I've even seen a thread or two complaining that the hosts shouldn't be allowed to wear their own clothes, only QVC garments.   They have a valid point, IMO, but clearly not one they enforce.

Well, altho CS has been polite when I've called...3 times so far...they didnt have the info either.
