Thank you kze......I did not know the AC was a dehumidifier.........I left it on at times at 65 and sometimes I would come and put it on 72........but I have a window unit........they also had fans going on and I did not see mold on the back of the carpet.

I know what you mean RRR and I think you are being appropriate. You haven't even known him that long. It is the respectful thing to do under the circumstances. IMO
