I guess it is one way to cool off.

I've been chuckling, I wonder if my poor cats are ready to see that.

I loved that character.

@CrazyKittyLvr2  Picture it, Sicily, 1922.  Hands down, Sophia had the best lines on the show.  She was so funny.  I loved her character.  👵

@CrazyKittyLvr2 ...thanks for the laugh!!!  They sure don't make these "brilliant, belly laughing" shows on tv anymore.  I miss these girls so much.

CNN is going to be doing a series on sitcoms.  They are running a commercial from the Golden Girls with Blanche and Dorothy on a game show.  The question on the game show to them was  "Fill in the blank... better late than....?"   And Blanche yells out, "Pregnant."  

I don't remember that episode but I laughed so hard when I saw that clip.  So funny. I think the show "Mom" was the closest to one of the great sitcoms of the 70's & 80's.

I've added Golden Girls to my DVR roster in the last couple of weeks.

Was so surprised how funny it is, belly laughs and all.  I don't think I've watched since the original episodes aired.  Maybe I didn't appreciate it then as it makes more sense now that I'm closer in age to the group lol.
