Heartland fresh chicken strips

Tempted to order these. Looked at the nutritional info OMG

one strip has 110 calories, 450 mg of sodium ?...

The rep,called it: FRESH WHOLESOME!!!

read all the ingredients and decide if they is the right food for you...... 

QVC unfortunately offers foods that are always a quick fix but read the ingredients 

you might ask yourself the question is that food healthy for me and or my family, convenience is a big factor in our life's and it makes a good sale.

I purchased the Heartland Nuggets and I am soooo disappointed!

 

The breading is pale and hard...not golden and crisp..hard and crunchy.  NOT SOUTHERN COOKING!

 

Chicken was about 1/3 of nugget with heavy breading.

TERRIBLE & salty.  TWO orders and threw in trash..........buy fresh chick.

@purple diva  You have to remember, these are foods that have to transported (mailed) in all kinds of weather.  They have to protect the consumer against spoiling.   Even before the food was touched by dozens of hands.  The containers the food was put.  It goes on and on.  And way before that....when the birds were alive.  The food they ate. 

 

Bottom line: Food has to be preserved.
