I saw a video on FB yesterday about this poor pup.......the poor thing looked like he was stuck in a current while trying to swim towards the boat.

 

Were those boaters out there looking for him?   I thought they just happened upon him.

 

I'm sorry.....but I would not have given that puppy back to it's stupid owner.....how irrisponsible to not secure him safely on a ferry.    And why weren't THEY out there looking for him?  The report I saw said the poor pooch was out there for hours.
