Constable NY is not within that perimeter that was set up.....amazing how he pulled this off.

But just like the Mounties...we always get our man (or almost always).

 

This was the first break out from that prison in 150 years...pretty good track record, IMO.

prisoners with access to catwalks, blue prints  - electrical boxes - hotplates, fresh meat to cook  in their maximum security cell -  that's not what i would want in a facility to incarcerate the worst of the worst near me.   yep, there's going to be a lot to talk about.  -  and who else are they enabling within the prison walls?   who runs this prison and when is he/she going to be in the hot seat?
