The old Leave A Review didn't work for me but at least I could read them, now I can't read them too..another Q glitch for some users that's irritating & ridiculous.

If it says there are many reviews on an item, and it doesn't show any, I don't buy that item. Shouldn't have to work that hard to see what others have to say about sonething before deciding to purchase it.

@Effie54 I have found that if you go to the top of the page and enter the item number in the search bar (What can we help you discover?) it takes you to the item and then you can read the reviews.

Same exact thing for me @Effie54 . It takes me to "ask a question" and no reviews. I was always able to read reviews until recently. Frustrating!

Yes, the same thing happens to me when I click on that.
But oddly, if I just go to the product page and scroll down, the reviews are there, above the questions.

@Effie54 It is truly confusing, simplicity worked, why didn't IT leave it alone? I cannot write a review and/or read review without effort if at all!

I have a couple laptops and the one i use the most is chrombook so i just checked and can read reviews and even left one with no problems.Checked using my Acer with edge browser and all ok and used firefox and all ok...At first i wondered if it might be a browser issue but now not sure....Very odd

@San Antonio Gal It seems like I can't access any reviews anymore. I don't like their app at all, so I use the website in my browser. I even changed browsers....nope, same thing. I hope they change it. It's frustrating for sure.

I know, right?! They're always changing something...and not for the better this time! Yes, people cannot easily, and I mean easily access the reviews, the sales are going to plummet. Many of us count on previous reviews before we buy.
