Having trouble reading and leaving reviews

The QVC website has changed in how it shows and processes reviews. I'm not seeing reviews on items and am not able to leave reviews. When I'm viewing the item I want to review, I press on the review (stars) and it brings me to "be the first to ask a question". It's very frustrating. For me, it was much easier before they changed it.

Agree regarding difficulties accessing reviews.  A product will show that there are reviews, but after clicking on reviews or stars there is nothing.  Makes one think they are trying to hide something.  There will be no reviews for a new product, but without reviews I am much likely to purchase an existing/old  inventory product.

Likewise. I base my purchase on reviews as the previous buyers shed some great insight on the products.

Another way to reduce returns is to have a good customer review system. 

 

I check reviews on most of my online stores when available.

Yes, I agree and am too having a difficult time.
I just left one review and the next review gave me an error submission
message. 


I do not like the new review format. Firstly, it doesn't allow you to see the whole review as it will appear before you hit submit. It's hard to see errors in that little box.

Also the date is no longer visible as to when the reviews were written. It now says 2 days ago, or 5 weeks ago etc. I liked the old format better.

@Effie54.  Try entering the review function by going to order status, find your item and select "write a review" at the bottom of the options.  I didn't have trouble when I did that.

My issue is that I write a review and at the point I go to submit it says I need to accept their terms and conditions; however I can find no box to do so and clicking on the actual terms and conditions takes me to them but won't let me "accept" them. Not sure if this is an app issue or the overall site. Haven't attempted it on qvc.com.

Yes, it kinda is. Not an upgrade in any way. Too confusing.
