Re: Having trouble reading and leaving reviews

@Effie54   Funny - I started a post last week about what a mess I thought too, to leave a review.

Someone jumped on my post and said maybe I was "slow" to change.

NO, I am not slow to change. I thought it was ridiculous wading through all the questions I had to get through before I was even able to leave my review.

Here's what I have found - it seems to be much easier to pull up my purchase and click on "write a review" from there. The stupid 20 questions they ask before you can even begin your review is bypassed from this section.

Don't think it's you Ms Effie, it is not you, it's the 20 questions change of this process to attempt leaving a review.

Thank you! I agree with you. The 20 questions and hoops to jump through to leave a review is frustrating. I find it's almost impossible to see the reviews. In the past I could easily find them. Now when I look, it usually says 0 reviews. On a long standing QVC product? Not likely. Thanks again for your validation. 💖
