Having a Cat's Teeth Pulled

My cat only has a few teeth left. She is 10 & was adopted from a rescue groip who rescued her from death row at a city shelter. I was aware of the condition of her teeth when I adopted her I took her to the vet when I got her & he said as long as she's eating OK to just leave her alone. She doesn't appear to be losing weight in the 5 months I've had her & she eats kibble but I notice that she drops some food out of her mouth when she's eating. My question is if I have the rest of her teeth pulled, will she still be able to eat kibble?
