It doesn't cost anything. You get emails telling you when to expect your package and the time frame. If the day and time is not convenient you can go to their website and change the day to a day when you will be home. I love this service. It has saved me so many times from coming home and get that tag on my door telling me we were here, and we will make two other attempts to deliver it. You can call them and arrange the day but I like this service better.
