How silly.  There are actually SEVERAL articles online that talk about the purchase of Zulily by QVC in Aug 2015 for about $2.4B plus stock.

@scotnovel   QVC did not buy Zulily.  They are owned by the same parent company and each has its own CEO.  They operate independently.

I just looked up the return policy on Zulily and it certainly isn't clearly defined at all.  Nowhere does it say they accept returns.

It just says they want you to love everything and if you aren't delighted with your order, contact CS and they will "make it right."

That still doesn't work for me.  I want to see a return policy that specifically says if I'm not happy, I can return the item for a full refund.

The description of each item includes return information.

@Kachina624

I'm glad you have given so much information, so much of the discussion here has been incorrect.

BTW, it's because of you that I joined.  I read a post of yours some time ago and thought it sounded interesting enough to check out.

I have not been disappointed, so thank you Smiley Happy

Not exacly how it works.  Zulily is now part of the QVC group of Liberty Interactive Corp.  From Liberty's info online: The QVC Group consists of Liberty Interactive Corporation's subsidiaries OVC and zulily and Liberty Interactive Corporation's interest in HSN.  Those do operate independently at this time, but they plan to to collaborate and benefit by pooling their sourcing, distribution and technological expertise. LIberty also has a Liberty Ventures Group which consists of a number of subsidiaries and minority interests in other companies.

From prior press release:  the QVC division of Liberty Interactive Corp. completed the pending acquisition of Seattle-based e-commerce company — zulily Inc. -- for $2.4 billion or $18.75 per share.

Re: Have you shopped Zulilly?

I've been getting emails from Zulily for years sometimes multiple times a day. The only return policy I have ever seen is this one.

"RETURN POLICY:This item is not eligible for return. Why?"

And here's the why ~ "We offer such amazing discounts because we don't house any inventory after our sales end and therefore cannot process returns. However, we want you to be delighted and would never expect you to pay for a damaged or defective product. Please contact us if you run into any problems and we will be sure to make it right."

I did order a sweatshirt for my daughter that looked exactly like the one Taylor Swift wore in her "Shake it Off" video. The size measurements were really crazy, and I was worried that they weren't right, so I called CS before I ordered. The rep told me to order per the measurements, and if it turned out they were wrong, to call and they would work something out. I'm not sure exactly what that meant, but she couldn't have been nicer. I also knew my daughter wouldn't part with that shirt, regardless of the fit, so I went ahead and ordered it. Luckily, she loved it.

Re: Have you shopped Zulilly?

I certainly appreciate the feedback.  There are many opinions some good and some not so good. I was interested in buying for my 4 month old grandson but I think I will keep to my original decision and not purchase anything. I do know how to unsubscribe to a site, just haven't done that with QVC.  I would not want to buy something from Zulilly that takes so long to get here that when it does arrive he has already outgrown it ! Re: Have you shopped Zulilly?

I bought a couple of things there and they were nice.  But --- the shipping is very long.  By the time I got my items, I was kind of out of the mood.

And as far as ordering clothing, that worries me.  I don't like not being able to return.

I have seen a lot of great buys on shoes but shoes are difficult for me so I just can't order because of their no return policy.

There is good and bad about this place.

I think they have a lot of good merchandise and prices but unless you are really sure of your size or are ordering other things  such as household or whatever, it's pretty iffy.

I am not interested in any site that requires me to "sign in" to browse.

I won't shop there anymore either. It takes weeks to get anything and the no returns policy is stupid!! QVC needs to revamp everything about this company, IMO. I've given the 2 items I've ordered away as they did not fit even tho they were said to be my size.... and I live near Seattle where this company is based and it still took nearly 3 weeks to get my order.

@wagirl   QVC doesn't own Zulily.  They are owned by the same parent company and each has its own CEO.  If you took the time to read how they operate, you'd understand why they have no returns and extended shipping times.

yes--Zulily sold itself to the owner of QVC last year!! And yes I do know why they do what they do as do  many consumers  that think it is a horrible way to operate. I understand perfectly.....
