Re: Have you shopped Zulilly?

To be honest, I was thinking about signing up but I had no idea the Q had bought Zulily.

Re: Have you shopped Zulilly?

I refuse to do business with a company that will not allow returns.  No matter how cheap something is, it's a waste of money if I can't wear it or use it.

I believe much of the clothing runs very small and/or is more junior size clothing too.

Re: Have you shopped Zulilly?

I won't shop there anymore either. It takes weeks to get anything and the no returns policy is stupid!! QVC needs to revamp everything about this company, IMO. I've given the 2 items I've ordered away as they did not fit even tho they were said to be my size.... and I live near Seattle where this company is based and it still took nearly 3 weeks to get my order.

Re: Have you shopped Zulilly?

I don't do Zulilly because of their final sale policy.  I recently signed up with Hautelook which also asks for an email before you can view anything.  Not a problem for me as I have several email addys.  With Hautelook you can return items at Nordstrom Rack and there is one near me.

If I ever get sick of too many emails, I can alwlays unsubscribe.

Re: Have you shopped Zulilly?

DD has ordered from Z for toddler clothing including shoes. She got what would have been a "good deal" on an expensive brand children's shoe, which she found to be sub-par when compares with that brand purchased from a B &M store. The shoes just didn't hold up. Same with clothing... And she also mentioned the "no return" policy. HTH

Re: Have you shopped Zulilly?

FYI:

It isn't all no returns, just some items.

I suppose you have to be a savvy shoper there and know what you want.

I've ordered about a dozen things in total and have been pleased with them all.

I also have a few more items coming.  They had some cute Irish ceramics the other day which I ordered.  I looked on Amazon to see if they carried the line, it looks so nice.  They do, and at a significantly higher price.  I got a good deal.

BTW, the Mosser line they carry is equivalent to Fenton Art Glass, only Mosser has a much bigger line and is less expensive to begin with.  It's also on Amazon and the bowl I got from Zulilly was about $30 less than at Amazon.

Yes, and somehow associated with QVC.  Not sure they want to make the public announcement but there are many hints and references online.

I do like to shop with them.  Stuff fits and I like the choices.

@Goodie2shoes and @Noel7.  Thank for this.  I have put items in my cart but have not ordered.  For some reason I thought they had free shipping.   I like receiving the daily email.

@MadameQueen  On the weekends, you pay one shipping charge for the weekend of shopping.

I would never buy something that I can't return.  I've never shopped with them.

@brii  If you receive something defective or that you do not like, you will be refunded.  The customer service is wonderful.

How do they justify such slow shopping?

@brii  Zulily has to wait for receipt of the items from the companies and then they pack them and ship.
