Hope you understand the topic, not sure how to say it.
Evidentally, you can try these clothes, keep and buy what you like, and return the rest. That blew my mind. They were some really cute clothes. You evidentally fill out the questionnaire and send it in. I've never done that. I'm sure it's part of the new world type of things. Oh, I know there's a type of this that's gone on for years, but I thought it was more for professonal women. Anyway, it's kind of a cool idea. I'm sure it's all clean and sanitized, before it's sent out.
Have you tried this before?

Are you talking about the subscription services like Stitchfix or Amazon Fashion?

@lolakimono I've only seen the women who try these clothes on and show how they look on. I don't know the company names, they aren't spokespersons for any brand name, they just use the service.

I have used the try before you buy with Amazon. I got new clothes, tried some on and some I didnt. What I did not keep I put back in their original bags and returned.
Why is this any different than trying on clothes in a store? They are not cleaned and sanitized before going back out on the rack.

I have used Amazon fashion program--you choose up to 8 things and then you pay for the ones that you like---free returns too. I think it worked well --i finally found some Lee jeans capris that fit well and didn't cost $50 each. My daughter did stitch fix --she liked it but it got too pricey. I would rather go in person to try things on but am still hesitant about malls, altho i would wear a mask. but it can be convientant. I keep detailed records tho, in case something goes afoul--that is my word of the day--afoul---

@Imaoldhippie It is different because you do not pay for the clothes until you decide what to keep. You are charged only when you decide to keep what you like.
When you try on clothes in a store and decide to buy, you pay right there in the store.
It isn't about sanitation but about the convenience of not paying until you are satisfied with what your ordered and kept.

@Cakers3 ..........I think you misinterpeted my post, or I did not make it understandable. The OP did say she thinks they are probably cleaned and sanitized. Also, I understand how stores and buying online differ but I meant they both get tried on and not sanitized.
Hope this is clears up the misunderstanding. If not no harm done.
