I don't know the answer. It was just something that occurred to me today, when thinking about it being a leap year. That led me to think about green-eyed people (green eyes being the least common color). Put the two together and it must be a fairly rare combination. I did Google it later but the hits were about women with green eyes and Feb 29th birthdays.
