quite a long time ago.   I had trouble receiving item from QVC. Took over 14 days, I gave as a gift.  Was too small. By the time I got it back it was 45 days.  I called QVC and they accepted it.

@youmeyou , I would not do it without calling them first. Otherwise you might pay not only to ship it there, but I'm sure they would charge you to ship it back to you. So definitely try calling first. You never know!

I never understood the policy. They say you have 30 days to return it, but do you, or do they need to have it in 30 days. I think that means you better return in no later than 2 weeks with the postal service as it is.

Yep and never had an issue - I think it depends on how long PAST the 30 day mark its being returend

I usually know right away if I will keep it. Sometimes though things go wrong with the item and it has to be returned later.

By the time I felt well enough to return Amazon and Sephora products back, it was past the return periods for both retailers. Both companies allowed the returns after I explained that I'd had a heart attack.
Decades ago I heard a life coach say that it never hurts to ask...

I am just completely over buying anything from QVC, so, no worries about returning and throwing money away on shipping fees. The last few clothing items I purchased  ended up being returned because of sizing or just cheap looking products.

About 10 years ago, I returned something not realizing I was past the 30 days.  The item was sent right back to me.
