I got two coats and a pair of jeans,women with control size 14. Didn,t order any of it. No pk slip. Sent them back.

Yes. It happened to me three times. Most recent one was I got someone’s bathing suit instead of the cuddl duds sleep dress I ordered. She must have received my sleep dress because it showed returned on my account. By the time I realized it, the sleep dress was sold out. When QVC got it back from her, why did they not contact me to see if I got my order? They could have shipped it to me instead of someone else. It was their mistake. I went on wait list but never got it. I asked CS if I could be first in wait list and they said, “no”. Mistakes happen but QVC did nothing to make it right.

Years ago I received someone elses merchandise with my name on the package. I called CS and I told her that I'd rewrap it and send it on to the correct person, CS nicely reimbursed me. I dropped it off at the PO. I never did get my item. I guess I paid it forward.

Yes, I received someone elses order and what I had ordered was sold out. I sent what I received in error back and received credit for my original order. It was a disappointment but only happened once and Ive been shopping with QVC for many years.

Yes, a pair of shoes last year I did not order that belonged to a woman on tbe East Coast. I live in the Midwest. No apology from CS. Just send them back. All I could think of is some woman is wondering here in the world her shoes are?. Both of us were inconvenienced.

One time, I received my order OK along with my packing slip inside the package but there were also packing slips (but not their order) for two other people inside my package. I can't remember where one was from but the other one was from New York City (Queens, I believe).

Not from the Q. but I have gotten several packages from somewhere in China. The packages have someone else's name on them with my address. I just stick them back in my mailbox with a note.

No, never.

I've had them send me something in the wrong color or size, but I've never had them send me someone else's order, complete with the person's information.
