Have you ever read The Hiding Place?

I have not. I read Night in high school and a young adult book called Number the Stars in college for one of my classes. I have not read The Hiding Place, though. Anyone read it? I also want to read The Boy in the Striped Pajamas. One of my teacher friends read it and she said it changed her forever.
