Re: Have you ever had that feeling someone was behind you or caught a glimpse?

Yes, I've felt that way at times.  More frequently, I get that feeling someone is watching me.  😳

Why in my last quote and this one the last line of my post ends up at the bottom?

By the way are you a Betty Boop fan?

Yep, I am, but that's not all of it. My nic is a combo of letters from my first and last name. Part of it is also a nic that stuck from the time my nephew was 2 and could not pronounce my name.

I've been told I have a bit of Boop in me, I think we all do, don't we?wink.jpg

I do know, myself included, a few people who saw a passed loved one for a second, then was gone in a blink.

Sorry about losing your pet.

I did experience that someone you want to stay away from...

I was staying at a hotel, sound asleep, I did not hear anything, out of deep sleep I sat up in bed completely wide awake and saw the door opening!

Well I screamed "Get out of here!" so very loud and must of scared him and he ran away.

I was a very sound sleeper, so that was an experience.

Again filed away in bad memories.

I have heard that saying "go with your gut instinct"

Most of these are caused by small oxygen pockets in the cranium that burst and cause one of some of our natural senses to fire off. It's normal and happens often in adults but most sense it is something extraordinary.

We all will do it at some point or another. It depends on how sensitive you are to it as well as how you desire to interpret it.

Himi lover

Is this feeling scary to you?

Love your beautiful blue eyed peke-faced cat Himalayan cat, what does peke-faced mean?

My brother had a cat that looked like your picture her name was Sheba,he lost his beloved pet, my brother was so sad.

I prayed everyday for a Siamese kitten, just like Sheba.

I came home from work and there was this beautiful blue eye Siamese kitten, near the side of the house!

I gave the kitten to my brother and asked what are you going to name her?

He said "Sheba"

Thanks for bringing back memories with your beautiful pet!

Re: Have you ever had that feeling someone was behind you or caught a glimpse?

I get this feeling all the time, sometimes stronger than other times. I also see shadows (or something) out of the corner of my eye, but when I turn to look they're gone. I often have a sense of another presence near me. I attribute this to a recognition that those who have gone before us are still around. My husband died 10 years ago but several of my children feel a sense of his being here still. Maybe because he had such a strong personality and energy.

I think it's my Irish background and the "second sight" as my mother called it.At no time have I felt threatened or afraid. It's just a feeling of "OK, there you are."

You do know I was just being silly, right? I couldn't help myself.

I do know what you mean, though. At times I feel the hair on the back of my neck raised, especially when walking in nature alone. I have to stay still and listen carefully, because I could swear there was "something" around me.

Being alone in nature causes this to happen to many as they "expect" something could be out there or they might be being watched by an "unknown".

It's because we feel at that time exposed,

suspicious, and concerned about bears, haunts, etc.
