Yes. I wait a few seconds and then hit submit and the post usually goes through.

Since then, I made another post, and had no problem.

September: I think that used to show up when a thread was closed before you could post before the "commenting is closed" statement was used.

Yeah...I thought it meant the thread had been closed, but then I saw other new posts on it.

Yes, I saw it once. I wasn't sure if there was something in my post that it wouldn't take, so I just rephrased my post, and then my post went through and it was fine.
