Re: Have you ever gotten halfway through a thread . . .

Ford, Clairee Belcher (Olympia Dukakis) said that to her good friend Quissa Boudreau (Shirley McClain) in the movie Steel Magnolias ... one of my all time favorites.

Now that I think more about it, Clairee said it as "you know I love ya more than my luggage.

Great movie ... pretty much the only movie I liked Julia Roberts in ...

Aww, ya know I love you like my luggage, Ford! Smile

Hey back, Preds!Smile

Dunno what that means, but I'll take it as a positive, LOL. {#emotions_dlg.confused1}

{#emotions_dlg.thumbup} It's a compliment - ever see Steel Magnolias?

She was pretty much just starting out then. I've always liked her, I know a lot of folks don't.

I still don't remember that scene, but I also love the movie, heartbreaking as it is. All the women were hysterical.

I've started a thread and given up and signed off because wading through all copying and quoting and copying and quoting turns the thread into a huge mangled mess. I still wonder why people do that.....

Sat the 28th. Just two weeks away! LR done, Kitchen done, Closet done, clothes brought to Goodwill, just my dresser drawers to go through which is no picnic, as it is all paperwork that has to be looked at and shredded. Ugh.

My daughter is at Lyme doc right now getting results of new lab tests. Fingers crossed for positive progress (I'm a nervous wreck).

Thanks MJ!!Smile
